Thank you also for your many emails and understanding. Please read the official (legal) letter from IDO attached. Momentarily - and this is totally understandable - our friends in Serbia have other priorities than to find a date and time for the postponed event later this year. They need time to solve today’s problems. Be sure the organizer in Serbia, Miodarag Kastratovic and IDO-Serbia (SAPO) and IDO will discuss the postponed event as soon as possible and will inform all federations by email and via Facebook and the Website. Please do not send us emails with this question now.

Dear national organizations, dancers, parents,
For the last 3 days we have all been informed by different media about the floods in Bosnia and Serbia.
The area is flooded, people are without houses, some lost their loved ones. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the Balkan region during this difficult time.
IDO family understands that the region needs time to restore everything back to normal. So, for that I would like to inform you all, that the IDO European Modern, Jazz and Ballet Championships that should be held in Arandjelovac, Serbia, will be postponed to a later date because of this natural catastrophe. My big request for the National member Organization is to please, inform all the dancers about the cancelation of the competition.
It will be the priority of IDO Competition Committee to find the best solution for all the dancers and the organizer.
